Hello, friends.
I’m so glad you’re here.
My name is Amy, and it’s an honor to walk with others on their spiritual journey. Sacred Returning is a space for rest, reflection, and encounter—a place to slow down, ask honest questions, and notice the nearness of God. Through spiritual direction and pastoral care, I offer space to explore your story, listen for Jesus, and return to the truth of who you are: deeply loved and never alone.
The name Sacred Returning is inspired by the image of the swallow—the first sign to sailors that they’re nearing home. In the same way, I believe that in every season of life, we are always journeying towards God.
My background includes over a decade in pastoral ministry, ordination through Messenger Fellowship (2014), and a Masters in Spiritual Formation and Spiritual Direction certification with Portland Seminary.
Wherever you are in your journey —in a place of longing, transition, doubt, or deep hope—know that you are welcome here. This is a space for rest, reflection, and sacred returning.

“Amy is genuinely the best! I was referred by a friend in 2022, (and Amy was also a friend on mine beforehand) and decided to go for it. During my first several months with her, we worked on dealing with trauma through a season that she had just walked with me in. So there was a lot of work and rewiring that went into the healing process, but her being there while I talked about it and walked through it was extremely helpful and healing. Post that, I now see her less frequently, and when I do it’s been so helpful to have someone as a counselor, and friend, who genuinely knows me, and knows what I’ve been through.
